I have been with this company for about 11 yrs now. I have NEVER had any problems with a schedule or someone not showing up. I am always told when things may need to have a new arrangment. I have had the same woman the whole time and she is like a mother to me. April is amazing!

I was set up with this agency through my CADI WAIVER manager. This agency was hired to assist in setting up my daily medications up for about a two week period, then again in another two week period, etc. It took forever to hear from anyone to even call or set up medications. The person who came was apparently there to evaluate my me medication needs in setting them up. So, she did not set them up that day and that they would be sending someone else to help with this. Someone else did call maybe a month after this to inform me of a. time and day she could come. When I informed her she would be better off not coming that. day as my daughter had gone in for a Covid-19 test for she replied it was okay because she had been in other settings like this. I wasn't impressed. Called her the day she was coming to say that day wouldn't work and never got back to me again.
