My mom has been at Trinity for almost 2 years. She is very happy there. She enjoys all the activities and social interaction that is available. She talks often about exercise class, book club, coffee chat, Bible study, and live music that comes to entertain. We are so happy that she chose Trinity as her home!

Nothing but great things to say about Trinity Terrace. Residents are so welcoming, and staff are so helpful. We love that the community is fairly small and there are always smiling faces when we visit.

Difficult to communicate with Trinity Terrace to review Assisted Living accommodations. They are not quick to return phone calls. GPS took me to a Memory Care facility. And I made several attempts to reach a live person to inquire how to get to the front entrance. There was no way to reach a liver person and after 10 minutes, I left a msg that I was abandoning the appointment. Still, no one ever followed up.

Beautiful facility, Shannon was terrible to deal with. We were ready to move forward & at the last minute she said my dad wasn’t acceptable there. (He was accepted at multiple other facilities after their assessments) I have been an RN for 40 years & have not experienced someone with such little regard for others.

Our Dad was a resident at both Trinity Terrace (senior living apartments; 4.5 years) and Trinity Care Center for 13 months. His apartment experience at Trinity Terrace was wonderful. He entered Trinity Care Center after recovering from COVID-19 as a hospice resident. The nursing and maintenance staff is exceptional. We found the administrators to be very helpful and considerate.<br><br>As family members, we all commented on how well Dad had been taken care of. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that HE was confident that the staff was doing their best for him and other residents.<br><br>We do not hesitate giving the Trinity Campus our highest recommendation.
