Where do I start?? Today Chloe came to pay me and Mr. Douglas a visit and it completely made his day and mine as well! The dedication Chloe have when it comes to clients is 100% unmatched. She goes above and beyond and not just the visits to check on them but overall if extra help is needed on our end she makes it happen the exact same day! She matched us perfectly with Elizabeth ( caregiver) and she is GOLDEN. Mr Doug and I appreciate her hard work and dedication to us more than words can explain!!! I can't thank both you ladies enough for making us feel so loved and taken care of!!

Our experience with The Key services had been amazing. The scheduling of the appointments of the caretaker was always prompt and ON TIME! It’s been 4 months of using the service and we are very pleased with the service they have offered. The caretaker had been very welcoming, warm and affectionate to my parents. Executed all the responsibilities in a timely manner and diligently. My parents will definitely miss her during their travel. We sincerely, appreciate the services offered. Thank you 😊

My father received excellent care from the caregivers provided by The Key. It was a difficult time for our family and we are very thankful for their support every step of the way through hospice and end of life. The caregivers were experienced, knowledgeable, punctual, professional and very compassionate. I highly recommend their services!

Following a stroke, my husband required in-home care. The personnel at The Key (Kim and Chloe) listened to our needs and provided caregivers as needed, whether it was a 4 hour shift, a 24 hour shift, or multiple days. The caregiver they matched us with (Tammy Gleaves) was reliable and compassionate - she was with us 2-1/2 years and became like a member of the family. It was not a job for her, but a genuine “calling”. I would certainly recommend The Key Plano to anyone needing in-home care.

The Key has been helping us with my Dad for the past year. Everyone from Chloe in scheduling, to Kim in administration, to our dear, sweet caregiver Jill has been exceptional! Jill has shown my Dad, and me, kindness, compassion and a joyful willingness to help above and beyond anything we could have asked for! We appreciate them all so much! ❤️
