Senior Home Care helped me navigate caring for my mom during a period when Covid presented real challenges. They provided a wonderful, caring aide to live with my mom as well as support for me by answering my questions, checking in with me and the aide, and being on call when needed. They took the time to understand our needs the caregiver was a great match from the beginning. I would highly recommend them as they provided wonderful care during an extremely difficult period.

We found them to be extremely responsive and accommodating and they were able to provide our mom with care, even during this difficult time of Covid. When our unique situation changed, they worked with us to provide a safe environment for mom. We would recommend them to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

The caregiver we had for my mom was excellent. She was very caring and did so much for my mother to keep her comfortable. We did not consider her as a caregiver, as she became part of our family.

Senior Home Care Services took care of my mother for several years and did a wonderful job. I don't know what we would have done without them,<br>All aides were caring and experienced. Her last live in aide really felt like family and brightened Mom's mood every day. I constantly got feedback from Mom's independent living community about how lucky Mom was to be receiving such great care. I also appreciated the working relationship with management at senior home care services. It was easy to work with them on billing and staffing changes. The nursing supervision was excellent and offered amazing support to mom. They also helped me navigate how to evolve Mom's medical care - an area I had no experience in. Mom's situation was still difficult, but I felt like they enabled us to give Mom the best possible care.

This is a great agency and I would definitely recommend. When my mom needed care, I researched a few agencies but ultimately settled on Senior Home Care Services. First off, they were very responsive. Their rates were competitive. But what ultimately led us to chose them is with how quickly they were able to set us up with aid. Now obviously we had to try out a couple of aids to see if it was a good fit. Ultimately we were setup with an aid who was just fantastic. She rarely called in sick and went above and beyond with caring for my mom. I recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable assistance for their loved one.
