By far one of the worst companies you can deal with. We had aides Who would sleep on the couch, who would spend their time on their phone, who would completely ignore my mother, And the office personnel were totally unresponsive. We went through many different aides as so many were not doing what they were supposed to. As I took care of my mother their role was strictly as a companion. As mentioned above many were subpar. I insisted that my mother get a companion that was worthy of the amount of money she was paying which was a lot. Out of all the aides we had there were only two who were actually worth The fee they were charging, and they would warn the aides in advance that I was “anal“ because I insisted the services provided were worth the money that was spent. Trust me you do not want to use this company

I would never have guessed that having one young woman, who has become a best friend, could make such a difference in my life. Waking up 5 days a week to her cheerful “good morning”is so much better than an alarm clock that jars me into wakefulness.<br>Over the many months that she has been coming I have benefited from her cheerful positive attitude about my numerous aches and pains. We have a routine that launches my day into meaningful activity. If someone had said that two hours in the morning could set a standard for a busy efficient day I would never have believed it could be this good.<br>I am able to take care of many things for myself, but the few things that would be impossible for me, like getting on my compression hose each day, getting the wash put in, help with a timely breakfast and many other details have made her an invaluable part of my life and a precious friend.<br>During the pandemic her friendship has kept me from feeling isolated. I look forward to the 2 hours we spend together as a time to share news,<br>happy and sad. I was so excited when she got engaged and showed me her beautiful ring! As an 88 year old i feel that there are some bits of wisdom that i can offer her for the meaningful beginnings of creating a family of her own.<br><br>Thank you so much for providing this invaluable service.

Very poor kept my mom's Walker. Overpaid when my mom passed away never received the money that was left they took it. Told me I couldn't get it without showing receipts when your mom passes away there's thousands of dollars and it was only $397 that was left that needed to come to family
