Even though we were unable to move into Aspen Pointe at this time ,the apartments, lobby ,& amenities are beautiful & well maintained. Kimberly went above & beyond for us & hopefully we will be able to make this our address in the future.

The Villages are an awesome place to live! You meet so many nice people and there is always things we do , we play Dominoes, cards, bingo! Plus the manager always does special activities for us! Kimberly is such a wonderful manager! So if you are a senior why not try The Villages out!

Aspen Village is a beautiful place and really encourages independent living. Having been here for not quite 3 months I do like my apt. I look around at it often and there are so many places to go to relax and enjoy the quiet time. Having been born and raised in Michigan and having relocated from Texas recently Aspen is by far better than my place I had in Texas. Having met Kathy today she is very hospitable as is Kimberly. Keep up the good work

A Beautiful Place To Call Home! I love living here in my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! The residents here are so very kind and friendly. They always welcome me with a smile. I enjoy the fitness equipment in the same building where I live. It’s a nice place to take a walk. I am very grateful for Kimberly, Property Manager. She is outstanding and so very helpful and kind. She made the move-in process quick, smooth and was on top of everything! Kimberly is very dedicated to making this a beautiful place to call home. The apartment complex is so beautiful inside and outside. Thank you!

I have lived in these Apartments since July 2023 and have been very happy. The Apartments are very spacious and new. Kimberly is always available for any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, adults only place to live you should consider Aspen Pointe.
