DO NOT HIRE TOM HUTCHESON, REAL ESTATE AGENT @ THE VILLAGESI!!<br>I gave Tom $20,000 as a deposit on a property. The inspection report was not good and decided to withdraw my offer to purchase the property within the 3-day recission period. Tom told me his clients refused to give me the money back and there was nothing he could do. I had to hire an attorney. Rather than give me my money back, he insisted that his clients would keep $5000 as an "inconvenience fee" or his clients would be forcing me to go to court. Court was not an option, as I was living out of state at the time. It cost me $1500 for the attorney and Tom KEPT $5000. TOM HUTCHESON WORKS FOR THE VILLAGES....HE IS NOT A FIDUCIARY FOR YOU!
