Do not send loved ones here. I did not have the zero star option. Within 10 days my mother developed a severe staph infection as well as fungal infections over multiple sections of her body due to neglect and unsanitary conditions. The staff are not specialized and they are poorly understaffed. They will leave patients in soiled clothing and unacceptable treatment. This place should be closed down.

Since this was my first visit if this place is considered a Nursing Home it didn't smell. My relative is content with his stay. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The residence even gave me directions when they seen I was confused with finding the front door. No complaints

I wanted to share this review to bring general awareness based on my family’s experience. I waited to post until my loved one was no longer receiving care here. The facility itself is very nice and visually well maintained, and many staff members were kind and professional. However, there were repeated concerns with how some staff interacted with residents and with one another. At times, the tone and communication felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness during visits. On one occasion we watched a CNA raised her voice toward a resident that could be heard from common areas and no one corrected her which was concerning. There was also an instance during a visit where medical waste appeared to be left behind in a shared space, which raised questions about attention to detail and safety practices. While there were staff members who were attentive and compassionate, these negative experiences made the overall stay more stressful than it should have been. The building is attractive but the layout felt somewhat tight and crowded in living areas. I hope this feedback helps the facility address consistency in care, communication, and safety moving forward.

Vllla at Green Lake Estates was a very pleasant surprise. This facility is not a typical nursing home. The building and grounds are beautifully, but let's face it, that is only frosting on the cake. The important things are inside. The interior is very clean and the staff are cheerful and immediatly engaging when you enter the facilities. The staff is engaging but also task driven. Everyone is busy maintaining what I would say is a high standard of care. I have been around a few nursing homes in my past, where there is a unique funk in the air. There is none of that here. I'm reluctant to say this because my kids may see it and I always thought I'd live out my years in my own home, but upon leaving I mentioned that this is a facility I cold see ending my life at. They have a dignity that is not always present.
