I can’t recommend this place enough!!! We switched from another agency because my mom lives in Fairfield County and we were paying a small fortune for a live in aide. I saw a commercial on TV for this Agency so I decided to give them a call. From the very first meeting, the owner was fantastic, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My biggest concern was that my mom is very attached to her current caregiver and I didn’t want her to be upset or lose that connection. To my relief, the owner was able to hire my mom’s caregiver so nothing changed, except we are now saving a significant amount of money! The transition was seamless and my mom’s caring comfort State exactly the same. I’m so grateful we found this Agency.

We contacted many agencies to compare prices and somewhere either outrageously high or refuse to provide a quote without an assessment even though I clearly explained my mom's needs then we found the Townsend agency .The owner was incredibly nice and upfront ,offering the lowest prices I've seen. they're honesty and affordability may are decision easy. Highly recommend .

This review was long overdue!! I'm really happy with the care. My mom is getting from this Agency. Our last Agency was good, but their prices were way too high. The Townsend Agency is much more affordable, and the caregiver was super kind and attentive to my mom. It's a relief knowing my mom is taken care of, and I don't have to spend a fortune to do it. Definitely recommend them!!

I cannot say enough good things about this Home Care agency. From the very beginning they treated my mom with genuine compassion respect and professionalism. The caregiver was not only highly skilled but she truly cares and she goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable safe and happy everyday. Communication has been excellent and I always feel informed and reassured knowing that my mom is in such capable hands. What really stands out is how personalized The care is, they took the time to understand her needs and preferences and routines. On top of that their pricing is very reasonable especially considering the high level of service they provide. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is receiving such excellent care without breaking the bank!!
