I am writing to report a concerning safety incident involving one of your drivers. After merging abruptly into my lane and cutting me off, the driver responded to my horn by coming to a complete stop in the middle of active traffic. I was deeply concerned to see a patient in the vehicle, as this aggressive behavior put everyone—including your passenger—at risk. As a member of this community, I would be very uneasy having a family member in the care of a driver who exhibits this level of road rage.

My 88-year old dad has been staying at the suites for two weeks. Everyone has been very kind and caring across-the-board. Daniel, his PT has gone above and beyond to build my dad’s confidence, endurance, and strength. Every single employee (nurses, techs, front office, kitchen…all of them!) have been supportive and professional since day #1.
