Footprints offers compassionate care in an organized framework. They make logistics easy and all we think about is our loved one. Ysenia is a dream come true. This is so much more than a job to her. She puts her whole heart into it and gives such great care to Dad.

Having Yesenia as my father’s caregiver through Footprints has been such a blessing and huge help to my dad and our whole family. It is hard not being able to be available for my parents every day, and Yesenia takes care of my dad like I would and then some. She is our eyes, ears and hands while helping my father do the things he needs and wants to safely and without using up all up his energy or oxygen on just the day-to-day basics. She is thorough, reliable and efficient. She does a good job balancing personable with professional and has helped make my father’s adjustment to needing help a positive experience and has worked with him t learn what he needs and wants, which is a big important piece of the process. She has also made suggestions and gone the extra mile too! Literally a lifesaver! Getting started with Footprints was a pretty straightforward process and the intake coordinator, Chris, was very helpful. Footprints has worked with our family to provide what we need for our somewhat unique situation.

When I needed help at home my LTC insurance referred me to Footprints. Early on I had a variety of caregivers. Over time, however, Deborah Blackwell has become my regular caregiver. She’s been great for me. She does what I knew I needed, but more than that, she is willing to try other things that come up as I need them. She has improved my current quality of life.

This home care service was a lifesaver. My mother was diagnosed with untreatable cancer and given 3 months to live, and that's what she wanted to do....LIVE! Having the caretaker from FootPrints allowed her to go shopping, go out to eat, laugh, cook her popular recipes, and just enjoy the time she had left without tears and sadness. Knowing my mom got to be happy till the very end made my heart so content and I felt comfortable knowing she was doing fun and happy things. Thank you for giving my mom great care and a wonderful person that my mom would call, "her bestie"!
