Please don't put your family in here! They let my grandmother stay in bed and not take her pills. THEY should of called EMS and my family ASAP but they waited. Which resulted in a stroke. Which result of the stroke she sadly passed away 4 weeks later. This is not the first time bethel has done this. 1st time is she wasn't feeling good and EMS was called took her to Hudson Valley, they never called us. WE called them after 2 days to ask why she was not answering the phone and they later told us that she went to the hospital. So for 9,000 a month they should take better care of their residents. AND the aids are lazy! they could care less about their residents. NO TRIPS BUS DOSE NOT WORK!!

My mother lived at Bethel Springvale Inn for 5 years. The staff is incredible and always went above and beyond when caring for her. The rooms are spacious but required some updating which was all done with the recent renovations. It’s an attractive living community and I highly recommend it.

We had a good experience here with my mom. She has dementia and she thrived here for three years. Her room was always clean and her care was well executed. There are doctor's that come to visit the residents on a regular basis. Ivy and Patty were wonderful to me and very helpful. Thank you.
