We were fortunate to find a home for my parents here and they absolutely love it. The neighborhood is well maintained and convenient to everything as well as the hospital. The feel safe and enjoy the walking trails, the lake, gardens and the pool.

I was disappointed in the homes that we toured. Mostly the lack of quality, & innovative design. The only reason why carpet is used in the bedrooms is because it is Cheaper!! Check them out for yourself ( also just take a look at their idea of a Screen porch). One other thing, the road noises from Hwy 280 was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation in the backyard. Sad😢this is suppose to be a retirement community!! Did you think these things would go unnoticed??? Or just not care at all??
