I recently visited Auburn from Florida to visit family, and on a whim, decided to tour The Residence at Arbor Lake. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the natural beauty of the property, it’s truly breathtaking. The real highlight, though, was getting the chance to talk with some of the residents. They were so friendly and welcoming, and it was clear how much they genuinely love living here. I was so impressed and moved by the whole experience that I signed a lease that very day. I am now leaving Florida and so excited to call The Residence at Arbor Lake my new home in September and to be near my family.

I recently toured the Residences at Arbor Lake with my mom, and we were both so impressed. Bruce, the property manager, was incredibly kind and informative and he made us feel right at home. While walking the beautiful grounds my mom and I had several opportunities to say hi and chat with some of the residences and they had nothing but great things to say about Bruce and how much they loved living there. The property is lovely, peaceful and well cared for. My mom was so excited after the visit that she signed a lease and is moving in August. I can’t wait to get her settled into her new home and have her be a part of such a welcoming community.

My mom has been at Arbor Lake for several years. The staff are amazing. There is a chemistry of caring at Arbor Lake. I believe that employees who like to care for people stay. Low turnover has allowed my mom to come to know and really love those who are taking care of her. I’ve seen difficult patients and I’ve seen difficult employees. Most are loved into the caring community. When I visit Mom, I visit the whole Arbor Lake family. Thank you again Arbor Lake for the good neighbors and family you have become for my mom.

The entire management team & support staff of Arbor Lakes is awesome! Gwen at the front desk is a gem. She always has a smile and kind word for all that enter. The property manager, Bruce, goes above and beyond to address resident requests and needs. James in maintenance keeps the complex in tip top shape. The new apartment renovations and grounds updates have added a clean, updated and welcoming environment for the residents. The sweet elderly residents that reside there are so friendly and welcoming! My grandmother was blessed to call Arbor Lakes home for the last couple of years.
