Summer Village Camellia Place

Summer Village Camellia Place is an independent living community for seniors located on the eastside of Auburn, Alabama. The community is part of Summer Village Senior Living, which comprises three distinct campuses—Magnolia Place, Azalea Place, and Camellia Place—creating what the community describes as a village approach to senior living.

Residents live independently in private villas equipped with full kitchens, comprehensive amenities, and garages. The community also offers short-term stays for those recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, as well as assisted living apartments with support for everyday activities such as dressing and bathing. Memory care services are available through Lilac Trace Memory Care, which provides a nurturing environment and individualized wellness plans for individuals with memory loss.
