My mother recently stayed at this memory care facility, and I was very impressed with the level of care provided. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and well-maintained, which gave our family peace of mind from the beginning. The staff was consistently attentive, patient, and kind throughout her stay. Although my mother is nonverbal, I truly believe she felt comfortable and cared for there based on the way the staff interacted with her and attended to her needs. I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to both my mother and our family.

*update - my father died not long after I removed him from this place. Also, their phone number and fax number are disconnected. I could write a full page on how dangerous this place is, but I'll do my best to summarize. I don't typically write negative reviews, however they nearly killed my father and worked hard to conceal it from me. We had two weeks where he was declining visibly - he was obviously dehydrated. If we handed him a drink, he greedily consumed it. He was not able to get drinks or food himself. I kept asking them to put drinks near him frequently, but he never had one and was always extremely thirsty when we offered him a drink. The medical provider even put in her notes that the facility needed to provide more fluids. I found him unresponsive and had them call EMS. His sodium was 168 (if you don't know, that's nearly fatal) from dehydration. It took 4 days of IV fluids before he started to normalize. And the ED found NINE pressure injuries - including one TO THE BONE on his sacrum. They hid them from us. He was nearly dead when he was hospitalized. I'm posting this in hopes to save someone else's loved one from this fate. They not only didn't communicate any concerns, they actively tried to hide it from us. Another day or two and he would have died.

If I could leave a zero I would. My father was there less than 2 weeks. It was a disaster. We were promised yhe world. We were SOLD on a fake narrative. Byron was full of false promises. They focus more on sales than they do care. My father's medical directions from the hospital stated.He needed his vitals checked 3 times a day. They did it three different times total. His medications were all messed up.The food is absolutely horrific. They let patients wander the hallways.We were missing items from his room.We had patients walking in wandering around being aggressive. They screwed up his medication so much.He ended up four days later in the hospital.When we brought him home. When we brought him there, he was walking around communicating, eating on his own. Four days after leaving that place he was hospitalized and is now in hospice. We plan on making formal complaints With the appropriate agencies. Right now we are too busy caring for him in hospice, but this will be addressed. We talked to other patient family members and they are having very similar issues.They haven't been open very long.But their quality of care is horrific.

💜We are so happy my mom is here! It was worth the wait. Within the first day we knew it was the right choice. Why? My mom transitioned here from another facility, and got emotional as we walked through for the first time - she said "she loved it". She couldn't believe this was her home. Because this is a full memory care facility - she has freedom to go anywhere in the building and is not locked behind a door. It's a beautiful facility and the resident rooms are spacious and well thought out. The staff is welcoming, approachable and take pride in taking care of their residents. They have activities, music groups coming to entertain, and one on one attention. The dining area was important to us. "Hot" food is served. The dining room is set up to where the residents have their plates made in front of them... These little things make a huge difference to the families that want the best for their loved one. We now have comfort in knowing our mom is being well care for and treated with integrity.💜

Not trustworthy, awful at communicating. Would give them zero stars if this was an option on google. We reserved a spot for our mother in January, having been told the place would open in early to mid February. When April came around, it still wasn't open. What's more, the facility rarely communicated with us. During the two months we waited for them to open, they reached out to us a total of two times. Because of all this, we opted for another place. They refused to give us our deposit back, saying that the "language was clear" in the agreement we signed. Apparently it didn't matter that their own estimates of when they'd open were grossly inaccurate. We really feel like we dodged a bullet. Based on how poorly they communicated, we were very concerned that we would have trouble getting up-to-date info on our mom, or that they might not reach out to us in a timely fashion if she had a medical emergency. And given how many times they shifted their opening date, we stopped feeling like we could trust them. If your loved one needs memory care, I strongly recommend looking for another facility. You can't trust the people who run this place.
