I had a elderly friend who was the for recovering. The staff is slow to answer call light. I was there I was one day sitting in chair by a wall that you can't see when walking in to the room. An CNA came speaking very rude and disrespectful to my friend. I stood up at this individual know that you don't speak to an elderly person like that let me alone anyone. I report this individual to their charge nurse I do not know what the outcome was. This is during the time of those bad snow storms. The parking lot and the sidewalks were never shoveled. When you park your car you had to fight the snow that was in the parking lot and pray that you don't get stuck when leaving. The patient are scheduled to have showers twice a week. This place is so bad that I had to call the administrator and tell them that my friend had been taken to get shower since they have been there. They had been there a while before the call. There were a few nurses and Cna that showed that they cared about the patients. The was so under staff I would walk up to the nurses station if my friend need assist. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

My mother spent a few weeks here before returning home, and she was very happy with her care. We have nothing but positive things to say. The CNAs, nurses, therapy, and front office staff went above and beyond to provide her with excellent care. Communication with family was very good and staff was very approachable and responsive. The facility is very clean and spacious. I’m so thankful for Shannon Gray!

I recently had the opportunity to visit my grandpa and i was utterly impressed with the level of care and attention given to its residents. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond, treating each resident with respect, dignity, and kindness. Their dedication to providing a safe and comfortable environment is exemplary. The facility itself is top-notch, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The common areas are inviting and well-designed, offering places for residents to socialize or relax quietly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing residents to make the space their own.

My mother is a resident at Shannon Gray. She has been there for over 9 years now or longer. My sisters and I go see her every day. She is happy there and everyone is good to her. If a problem arises, it is always taken care of as soon as they can. My mother considers Shannon Gray her home and she is happy there. Compared to other nursing homes & rehab places, it definitely gets 5 stars.

We have been happy with the skilled nursing that our family member has received for a year and a half. Staff are professional, friendly and attentive to any patient concerns. The halls and our room are clean. We feel welcomed and like family or friends that are working together to provide the most positive, safe and healthy place. We are confident in their abilities to care for our loved one.and feel lucky to have found Shannon Gray.
