I do not appreciate the young lady working the desk at 8:44 pm on Sunday August 23 rd at night texting on her phone while I’m trying to drop off a resident she was not paying attention and rolling her eyes and pointing at the scanner as someone in transportation just dropping off the resident I was appalled at her rolling of the eyes further more if the familiar resident is struggling to find the key just open<br>the door for their convenience. it should not be evident to the resident or another businesses employee that you hate your job.

My mother has been there a year. She is happy, enjoys engaging activities, and good meals. The team is responsive to her needs. I am always impressed. Can't say enough about the facility management, activities for seniors, food service, and general friendliness of staff and management.
