In December of 2025 what could’ve been a very difficult transition was made so much easier by the wonderful, caring staff of Woodholme Gardens. After caring for Mom at home for several years we knew we had reached the point, because of her dementia, that we could no longer provide the quality of life that she deserved. From the moment we walked in the day of our tour, my daughter and I were both overwhelmed with the feeling that this place was something special and that it was where we wanted mom to be! We were so impressed with our meeting with Tammy Fleming the facility director who answered every one of our questions without a moments hesitation and with complete reassurance. The staff is so warm, caring and respectful of their Memory Care residents and demonstrate endless patience. They have far exceeded my expectations and hopes. Mom is living her best possible life! She tells me all the time how happy and comfortable she is there! It has given us such peace of mind to know that mom is receiving the care of “family”. And that’s what it feels like. My gratitude is endless!

My parents became residents at Woodholme Gardens in December 2024. From the very beginning, we were impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who guided us through the admission process and all the necessary paperwork. Because of the distance, we relied on nine virtual tours and assessments of various assisted living communities, and the attentiveness of the Woodholme Gardens team truly set them apart. In March 2025, my father passed away. During that very difficult time, the staff at Woodholme Gardens provided extraordinary care and compassion, both for my mother and for our family. With their support, we were able to transition my mother from the memory care unit, where she had lived with my father, down to the assisted living floor. The warmth and understanding shown by the staff made all the difference during an incredibly painful period, and we are deeply grateful for their support. During my mother’s time as a resident, we have experienced some changes within the facility, including management, medical staff, and caregivers. Through it all, we have continued to feel supported and cared for. We have had very positive interactions with the new Facilities Director, Tammy, as well as with Shaunette, Debbie, Jeneen, and Sophie. From the moment we enter the building, the concierge team—Tai, Angela, and Caroline—always greets us with warmth and kindness. In day-to-day care, we are especially grateful for those who directly assist my mother: Princess, Dora, Pat, Mary, Pauline, Vanessa, Kim, Gene, Richard, Mirabelle, Neka, Malaysia, and Ashton. The dining staff, including Bobby, Mary, Lisa, Brandon, and others, go out of their way to provide a positive experience during mealtimes. We also want to give special thanks to the caregivers who were there for us in the beginning with my father in memory care and who continue to check in on my mother: Tonya, Brandon, Michelle, Meaka, Olive, and Unis. Finally, we’d like to recognize the maintenance and custodial staff—Omar, Audrey, Shannon, and Yanique—whose hard work often goes unnoticed but makes a huge difference every day. We know there are names we may have missed, but please know that every member of the Woodholme Gardens team has made us feel like family and has surrounded my mom with genuine love and care. For that, we are truly thankful. Mary, Ginger and Scott

“Experienced leadership, welcoming staff and happy residents!” I visited Woodholme Gardens recently and can’t stress enough how excited I was to see the residents engaged in activities, the delicious menu offerings and the positive attitudes of the care staff. Kevin Jones, Director of Sales, was knowledgeable of his Senior living competitors and (respectfully) challenged me to find a better local option that could serve my Dad’s care needs AND stay within my budget. I pleased to say “I could not!” Thank you, Sharon (Executive Director), and others for making the choice for my Dad’s next home so easy. I am truly grateful for the guidance provided by the team at Woodholme Gardens.

My loved one has been at Woodholme Gardens for 5 months. While the staff is creating a safe and secure environment for my loved one as he adjusts to the limitations of the pandemic and a new environment; the caring staff has also been providing my family with much needed peace of mind and comfort as well. The management team(Suzi & Jennie) has provided updates to our family and continue to partner with us in maintaining the quality of life that he has been accustomed to enjoying. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Woodholme Team including the concierge team, nursing team, direct care team, food services, finance, housekeeping and maintenance team. A special thanks to Mary, Sophia, Psalm, Sheena and Michelle. With Gratitude, Our Family
