I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the CNAs who have been caring for my husband in room 217. Her name is Cecy and she has been so very kind, helpful and caring with both my husband and me. Because I’m here most all day every day, I have asked her for so many things, including warming his meals when they are served cold, to getting him pudding or ice cream, and she does so without hesitation and a smile on her face. My husband trusts her and is comfortable when she is caring for him. Just wanted to show my appreciation for her during this trying time for both him and me.

My experience with this place is that it is a very well run place. Everybody, from the director to the janitor to the pt and ot is just always very helpful with any questions or concerns you might have, and everybody feels like your best friend. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks about it. I just cannot say enough about it. Um actually excited that i have to have another surgery soon, so i xan come back!! Thank you very much, Bakersfield Rehabilitation center for everything you do!!🩷

My mother In-law is a patient there, the care she is receiving is exceptional! Any issues that arise are handled promptly and professionally! If it wasn’t for Kelly the director of nursing who has made herself available to my wife to help her get thru all the issues with my mother in-law! The staff is priceless in our eyes!

Loved the entry system and the very helpful staff! I’ve been there before, so the entry system remembers me when I return, and getting a new pass is easy. But this time I brought two new visitors who are less tech savvy, and needed some assistance. The staff person was right there to help, right away! Excellent service, great system!
