My father was transferred from the hospital to this facility he was there a total of 3 to 4 hours and we discharged while he was there he noticed bed bugs when I walked in the facility I noticed a bad odor also it obviously was not clean the staff was not rude a few of them seem kind the others seem unpleasant I found my father's room/ bed and he was sitting there ready to go they tried to advise him to stay which I understand because that's their job but we left it's not a place for families to leave their family

It's very difficult to reach a loved one if your calling. It's very frustrating when you are far away and no one answers phone or call drops . Out of 20 tries I may get through one time if I'm lucky.

The staff was really amazing except for for some reason my grandma cannot find her cell phone anywhere we We traced all her steps and checked everything and still no sign of her phone. That’s a little disappointing to me but overall they were very nice.
