My mother was placed here after a femur fracture, specifically for the purposes of PT. PT was inadequate, often not provided at all. Poor medical attention. Poor communication by staff. Phone calls not returned. Witnessed verbal abuse to residents by staff. Witnessed staff complaining incessantly in front of the residents. Witnessed non adherence to Covid protocols to keep non infected resident safe. I could continue. Please do not place anyone you love here.

Facility is super clean, seems to be lots of enrichment for residents. Staff goes above and beyond for the families when needed, highly recommend.
