My mother Frances has been a resident for almost a year now, and I cannot say enough about the loving and compassionate care she receives daily by the staff. Brandi the Nurse Manager and Jeremy the PA are always willing to listen to any concerns I may have, and check on her often, and may share a joke or three! They truly care and go above and beyond for each and every one of the residents who are part of their Jennie B family. Brandi recently added a new addition to the team; a puppy named B!!! Dr. Hudzinski examines her frequently, and even spent lunchtime just chit chatting with us for a personal touch. She is present and very busy in the Nursing Home, caring individually for the many patients she oversees, and has made this a priority in her newest professional endeavor. I cannot express my gratitude enough regarding the attentiveness of the NURSES and CNA's who are the daily hands on caregivers. They take care of her needs with grace, love and dignity in every realm. Physical, mental, & spiritual. They go above and beyond to know each resident personally, and it shows!!! Kathy, the Social Worker is always busy in her office with all the paperwork necessary to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently for each resident. She always has a friendly smile and is available to help assist and answer the many questions associated with the financial aspects of individual cases. Hence, Trust the Process! The activities team both Gloria and Sonya are filled with joy, enthusiasm and so many FUN activities for the residents who they lovingly encourage to participate. They are so loving, kind and joyful! My grandchildren are welcomed to participate, and love joining in on the FUN so much they don't want to leave!!! My mother is frequently visited by the dietary department, the cleaning staff, and her Yankees friend who chit chats with her all about the games they both love watching. I feel very blessed that my mother is comfortable, content, happy and very loved in her home away from home. I will be eternally grateful to all of you while my mother continues to thrive in your care!
