Gowanda rehabilitation and nursing center was a very positive experience for my family and most importantly my father when he was a resident there for over a year. The staff were great from the friendly receptionist to the Drs and nurses and aides.. Amy who handles the financial services was so helpful and knowledgeable she helped make a very difficult transition much easier and answered all my questions and concerns. Bonnie is very compassionate and helpful she helped us in finding an assisted living facility for my farther. I would recommend this facility for anyone that has a loved one in need of assistance

As a daughter, trusting others with your parent’s care is never easy—but from the moment my father arrived here, I knew he was in the right place. The staff treated him with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and that meant everything to our family. Every nurse, aide, and therapist went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and encouraged during his recovery. Communication was excellent, and I always felt informed and welcomed whenever I had questions or concerns. Thanks to the wonderful care he received, my father has now been discharged home, stronger and more confident than when he arrived. I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and dedication shown to him every single day. This facility truly feels like a place where people care—not just about patients, but about families too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💛
