My mother has been here since October and all I can say is Thank you to all of the amazing staff and care givers. The floor is always clean, the residents are clean and happy . There's always something for them to be active in. I just love this facility, and the STAFF WOW, they are so friendly and caring , Huge SHOUT OUT TO THEM ALL, and we adore Bobby, he always brings a smile to our face ! If your hesitate, dont be ,my family and I can sleep at night knowing mom is in a safe and caring environment 💓

My mother has been in the care of The Pines for over a year and I couldn't be more happy with the care she has received. The 2nd floor staff treat my mother as if she is their own. Staff and administration have always been able to answer my questions when questions arose. The Pines is the best place for my mother and her long term care needs.

I recently visited The Pines at Utica to see a loved one, and I was truly impressed by the care, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is clean, well-kept, and has a peaceful feel that immediately put me at ease. The staff go above and beyond—not only in meeting medical needs but also in making sure each resident feels seen and cared for as an individual. It’s clear they take pride in creating a supportive and compassionate environment. My loved one spoke highly of the nurses and aides, and I could see firsthand how well they’re treated.

My uncle was in this facility for a few months and it was never anything short of amazing. He always loved his nurses and aids, and they loved him back! They never failed to put up with my endless questions and calls. The receptionist was always so sweet and friendly when checking in! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
