The facility was welcoming, and the staff members were nice and friendly. The residents were treated respectfully. The area was neat and clean.

Staff is sincere, thoughtful and caring. Always pleasant. I'm grateful my sister has them. 3rd floor and all the behind the scenes people that make everything run smoothly. Thanks all. Bons family.

Good facility, nurses are nice. Only issue is with the social worker "Maddie" or Maggie is always very rude & argumentive whenever I call with questions regarding my mom. Hopefully her supervisor will have a talk with her about her attitude. Watch out for her she is not very nice

Now if I could I would give this facility triple 000 review I would! Please folks if you love your loved ones do not leave them here! This facility needs to be closed down! They don’t come in at night to help someone who is fully handicapped and can’t move their hands, legs or anything ! They don’t come in to change positions or give the person water! Call bell is taken away from patients! They get yelled at if ask for help at night! They don’t feed a person who can’t use their hands! Please, please, please don’t leave your loved ones in here! Better food is given to the animals than people in here! People get open wounds due to neglect and nobody cares from the aids to the managers they ALL just don’t care! And then they act all nice here please reach out and stuff! I did but you never bother to answer your phones! Shame on you for leaving your residents in urine and fecal all night! Your facility is worse than jail! Update on this review. I still have nothing nice to say! My cousin was admitted here after a hard fall that has left her paralyzed even her hands. She is only 62 and totally ok in her brain just her body was not functioning. The stories she told us after we took her out of this prison are terrifying! Please don’t put hit loved one in here all i have to say!
