What a dramatic experience. The admission director Tierra was kind and helpful through it all. The agency help was sometime me. I had to do everything myself with a broken foot. The kitchen was piss poor. They fixed whatever they wanted not on your ticket or diet. The PT was amazing but didn't have the proper paperwork to access proper therapy. My foot was broken and I was walking around with my brace in treatment, doing everything for myself, cleaning up my area and myself and making sure my bed was made. I couldn't ask the aids for ice to put on my foot, the aid thru my water in my bag in the sink and walked out the room. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody. When I realized that I could leave the social worker RJ wanted to ama me out of the facility but I didn't sign we finally agreed to Saturday morning instead of Tuesday . What a feat! Then I had my clothes cleaned and they lost all my shirts. If you had timed medicine you might as well forget it. It might take 3 hours before you get your first dose so it puts your next time in the middle of the night Poor service most of the time if you want to smoke most people put up with it I would rather quit Me never again they even wanted me to pay for transportation. 280.00 for an appointment they setup. The outside activity guy Odell was amazing, he made being here tolerable. He had music for us to listen to and played games with us as well kept the area clean. Discharge was crazy. No gave me the discharge planning to papers or meds for the weekend. Poor service. My is uber ride didn't want to wait 30 minutes for them to get it together so I had to leave without anything I should have left ama. Don't send your loved ones there ever.
