The care of the Seniors in Memory Care is horrible. One nurse was always behind the counter playing on her phone. Most aids did their best. Room always smelled like pee. Had to make or change the bed. He would have died within a month if I didn’t move him. There is one nurse that was great always with the patients and not behind a desk. For what you pay I would have expected better care.
