While it's still early, this ALF is meeting all expectations while caring for the elderly. This facility doesn't have more than 26 residents so it allows for a small, compassionate environment in which the workers are able to actually take care of the residents. Only time will tell if the treatment remains the same. But considering the 12+ years of research I put into ALFs in the area, this is one of the better ones. Remember if the facility has a "Sales Director" or an invisible Executive Director (The Rutherford), the primary goal is money not care

My family did not like it at this facility but meant some great friends there. The turnover was so high and resident personal items came up missing.
