I call nursing homes and assisted living facilities almost daily as part of my job. If nobody answers the phone when you call, that’s a bad sign. The facility has probably not hired enough people to take care of residents. This is common for facilities that have become money makers for owners. I called all morning long to this facility and never got through. This not a place I would consider moving a family of friend into. BTW this is not a criticism of individual aids, nurses, or even managers. They usually are quite good and caring. But the owners are the ones who provide adequate staffing. Most don’t do this well because it cuts into profits. Eventually the good workers leave because they do not have enough help and management does not hire enough good people.

I put one star and every time I check it shows 5 stars ????????? Too many inconsistencies in many areas to explain them all. One big problem, there is absolutely no communication or relationship between the Doctor and patient. Getting any word back to the Doctor about patients complaint does not exist. No staff ever answers their phone, leaving a message with phone # is ALWAYS the norm, and no one ever returns your call. There are many more deficiencies not mentioned here. I have notice that if your NOT someone that needs a lot of attention for chronic issues your treated very nice and that brings out positive reviews, but if the opposite exists care and concerns are not good.

do not send your family members here the nurse responsible for my mother took her to the big room for activities and let her run out of oxygen and almost killed her and she had to be rushed back to ICU, along with no drinks with dinner worst food I've ever seen in my life and nobody comes to the room within a half an hour of pushing the call button sometimes even an hour if it was an emergency my mother would've died in that room! And when I called to talk to somebody no supervisor is available and nobody will return my calls so pick somewhere other than here for your family members sake

My mother was a resident for close to 5 years. The staff became family. When she passed there was so much kindness shown to our family. We so appreciate everything they did for us.

My Daughter is here at the Pavilion and they are amazing. Megan in rehab is so caring and efficient.From Eleanor-to the nurses, nurse assistants, social worker, director of nursing, therapy department ,these are some of the most caring and loving people we are so glad to know. They work hard and always smile and make people feel welcome and loved. We would recommend this place to anyone. We are always welcome no matter how many times we visit.
