On Friday, May 8, 2026, around 4:20 p.m., I visited the leasing office after confirming online that the office closed at 5:00 p.m. I also called three times beforehand, but no one answered. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. A female leasing agent wearing glasses eventually came out from the back and I asked if a quick tour would be possible. She informed me another guest was ahead of me, which I understood, so I waited patiently in the lobby. After completing the other tour, the leasing agent never returned to acknowledge or assist me, despite me waiting. Around 4:45 p.m., I approached the desk and spoke with Tiffani, asking for a manager’s card and expressing my frustration about being ignored. Tiffani appeared genuinely concerned and immediately addressed the situation. At that point, the leasing agent came from the back, stated she could still tour me, but after being overlooked for so long, I requested that Tiffani assist me instead. Tiffani was professional, courteous and provided an excellent tour experience. I also spoke with the manager afterward, who apologized for the situation. However, I remain extremely disappointed by how I was treated. As a prospective resident, I expected professionalism, communication and basic courtesy. Being ignored and dismissed in this manner was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

It is one of the most beautiful senior homes I have ever seen it’s clean. It smells good. It’s pretty to look at. It is a great place and I want to live there. i’m going to add that Tiffany Smith is an awesome saleswoman she makes you want to live there. I just spoke with the most wonderful person at this establishment. Her name is Tiffany Smith (Managament) and man it was a joy to deal with her! She exudes a different energy than my previous experiences. Tiffany is genuinely concerned and exudes such an incomparable energy that is warm and inviting.Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were most superb! She was EXTREMELY helpful with such great customer service expertise. She made me and my mom more comfortable about the journey we're about to embark on that includes a lot of changes for all involved. I feel so optimistic for bot my mom and I. I mention this, because customer service is almost extinct nowadays. She went over and beyond my mom and I expectations. She knew what she was talking about but at the same time, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. Tiffany is definitely a different experience than what I've had before.
