This is an awesome community with some of the best staff! Workers are all very caring and friendly, creating a fun environment for everyone around! The building is located in a beautiful location, and it is kept very well maintained at all times. There are always activities and entertainment happening throughout the day which makes for a fun filled day everyday here!

We moved my in laws to the Palisades about a year ago, into assisted living. We chose it after touring about a dozen other options in Colorado Springs, primarily because of its size (not too big or small) and location (lovely views, convenient to us). It's never easy to trust someone with your loved ones but the staff there has shown great care and attention. I won't be able to list everyone but we've been particularly impressed by Cora, Melanie, Kayla, Nathan and Alika. Cora has gone above and beyond repeatedly, helping my mother in law make a phone call or find her purse, or just soothing her when she was confused. The staff’s warmth and care was especially evident when we needed to bring in hospice for my father in law as as he passed. The leadership has undergone alot of change since we arrived and it was a bit bumpy to understand who to contact/for what, but when we really needed them, they have been there. Thank you also to Ashley and Michaela for your kindness and professionalism.
