Was able to tour the Oscar’s with my mother. The facility looks beautiful- the cafe staff were friendly. My mother is still thinking about next moves- but when she is ready to simplify her daily living- this would be perfect. I loved that she could have some meaningful social interactions just outside her apartment, meals and a balance of security, privacy and independence. When we are ready- this will be a good fit.

After visiting and interviewing most of the four and five star senior retirement and rehab facilities in Georgetown, Texas, we selected the Oscar. My wife needed extensive physical and occupational therapy. The Oscar's assisted living pricing was the most competitive. Their pricing is fixed for rehab and assisted living. That means no surprises at the end of each billing cycle. We have also found the management team to be superb. Jasmine Walker (Sales), Craig Lentz(Executive Chef) and Melissa Russell (Assistant Director), have provided the information and delivered on the services promised in their marketing literature. Their restaurants provide wonderful meals and make those available throughout the day at several Oscar locations. We love The Bistro and Jon's Bar. We have also found the daily activities offer a nice variety to help ensure residents have interesting and fun things to do during the day. Frank Edwards

I recently visited the Oscar at Georgetown and had the most beautiful experience. Their warm, welcoming and high spirited community made me feel so confident in trusting them to take care of my loved ones. I got the pleasure to meet Jasmine, the sales coordinator, and she was so helpful and good at listening to what our family prioritizes. I could tell this community really supports each other and I would recommend everyone to look into this amazing home!!

I recently visited The Oscar at Georgetown, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The community is beautiful and cozy. From the moment I arrived, Jasmine Walker made me so welcome, she answered all of my questions with warmth. The grounds are stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall vibe is warm and modern. It truly stands out compared to other communities I’ve seen in the area. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place that feels like home from day one.

The Oscar is a beautiful facility and was great for independent living. However, my experience after moving my mother from independent to assisted living was horrible to say the least. Medication mismanagement, failure to follow through with contractual services and care plan components, and refusal to provide complete medication administration records when problems were discovered made me choose to move my mother after only six and a half months there and makes me very concerned for the seniors remaining in their care. As for their response below, the corporate office was copied on all my complaint correspondence including complaints made to their licensing agency and they never once responded to me. I was told the VP refused to allow copies of additional medication administration records or any other records without a subpoena.
