I want to thank Autumn Leaves for taking great care of my aunt, choosing a community is never an easy decision.<br><br>Ebru was so helpful and helped make the move in process as seamless as possible..<br><br>I also want to thank Rebecca and Annel for completing an in home visit, they were so kind and attentive.<br><br>We appreciate all they have done for our family during this journey.

Autumn Leaves is truly a special community!From the moment you walk in, you can feel how caring and compassionate the staff is toward both the residents and their families. They go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home. One thing I especially love is their monthly family nights. They are such a thoughtful way to bring residents and loved ones together and build a true sense of community. The layout is beautiful, open, and inviting, making the entire place feel comfortable and uplifting. Georgetown is lucky to have such a wonderful gem in the community!

Very nice community that has a welcoming atmosphere. I love how conveniently located it is being central to so much in Georgetown. Super sweet staff too! They’re regularly hosting community events that bring the Georgetown community as a whole together. The rooms are beautiful and the courtyard space for the residents is super cute and secure for the safety of those with cognitive decline.

I have a neighbor with very severe memory loss currently residing at Autumn Leaves. I take him a cheeseburger and fries every Wednesday and spend some time with him. He probably won't remember my visits, but I do. From my first visit, I knew Autumn Leaves was a quality facility (I am a retired pastor and have visited dozens of nursing homes over the years, so I've seen quite a variety). Autumn Leaves is bright and cheery. It is well appointed. It has activities for residents. But most of all, it is the staff I appreciate. I ring the bell and someone lets me in immediately. They ask whom I am there to see and then THAT PERSON takes me to wherever they believe my friend is right then. I am not handed off to another staffer. I am treated as a valued guest and never as a bother or interrupter of time. If I ever have a loved one in need of memory care, I have no doubt that Autumn Leaves will be right at the top of the list of possibilities.
