The community provides three types of assisted living licenses: Assisted Living Residence for those seeking independence with reliable daily support, Enhanced Assisted Living Residence for residents needing more frequent physical assistance, and Special Needs Assisted Living Residence for memory care.

The community's Memory Care program, The Edward C. Pasciuti H.O.P.E Center, is a specialized assisted living option designed for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other memory-related conditions. Grandview Assisted Living provides nursing support for people with chronic conditions, with each resident receiving an individualized service plan created by the care management team. Support includes assistance with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily life while maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

On-site medical services are available through recommended providers, with visiting physicians making house calls at the community. Residents have access to an Outpatient Rehabilitation facility with physician-prescribed rehabilitation services, pain management specialists, medication management support, and respite care. The community also offers a Road to Recovery Program for those transitioning from skilled nursing care. Each Grandview apartment features a full bathroom and kitchenette.

There is no entrance or community fee for assisted living, with monthly service fees consolidating all expenses into one defined amount.
