I must say that even though the place is definitely outdated in appearance and need some renovations, the quality of care mom is receiving is exceptional. The staff members are very caring and go out of there way to make mom’s short term rehab stay more bearable. Special thanks to Q (concierge), mom’s aides Alex, Megan and Shanita (sp?). Thank you all!

This place should be condemned! Smells, it's dirty, paint chipped, peeling and moldy. Ceiling tiles stained, floors lifting. Beds broke, side tables dirty and rusty. Common areas are filthy. Staff does not care. Food is terrible. No one should have to stay here.

I want to take a moment to say how appreciative I am of the staff at The orchards Roseville. From day one they have shown genuine caring, patients, and professionalism. The nurses aides and support personnel consistently treat residents with respect and kindness. That said I do believe the building and facilities could use some updating. Well everything functions safely certain areas feel worn down the flooring, lighting, and communal spaces could be refreshed to make the environment feel more welcoming and comfortable. A modern look would help to facility feel more uplifting and match the excellent quality of care from the staff.

Not happy with the experience that my dad is having with his care. From CNA's to RN's and who knows if any of the visiting Physicians have seen him since he arrived in June of 2024. He has been here for almost 1 year and he has lost so much weight. He is bedbound, he is not changed or checked on every hour. He is not bathed [they have Hoyer lifts] and with that being said, his hair isn't washed. He sits in the same clothes for week on end until he has another Specialty appointment outside of the facility. This is very sad and disappointing to watch your family loved one to not have the proper care. He had perforated colon surgery last year and still has a broken hip. When staff come in to finally change him or dress him, my dad states that they roll him around like a rag doll and he is in pain every day. His wife finally took it upon herself to change him into clean clothes and she noticed so many skin issues going on. Both her and I have requested a doctor to look at his toes months ago and now they are turning color as if they are losing circulation, he has developed a rash on his back and neck that looks so painful according to my mother. If he were properly cared for, there is NO WAY he would be in the shape that he is in at this very moment. Also, we were told before we moved him here, that they accept Medicaid, this is his secondary to Humana, he is accumulating a bill every month. How can this be? My heart is breaking! Anyone have any good advice besides moving him? This location is very central for his family. OH, and I almost forgot, if you need transportation scheduled, they don't call you back to let you know that they have received your request or the fax. Every time I have called to confirm that the Medical Records department received the information, there is ALWAYS attitude and rudeness. Staff should be thankful to have a job and that the residents are why they receive their paychecks!!!

This is the most ridiculous and disgusting place to put a love one. I have pictures. My mother in law just died because of there neglect of wound care…… I wouldn’t take my dog to this place. They also wanted to argue about us transferring her out. If I could give a negative star I would…..
