When entering the facility all the staff were smiling and very approachable. Nurses were quick to answer my questions. All the patients are saw there were clean and presentable. Many were out of their rooms conversing with other patents.

I personally liked it, it’s really hard to please my grandma, I mean that lovingly as possible. I wish I could’ve got her to stay but I couldn’t, it’s not perfect, but what nursing home is, that’s why it got the 4 stars, but the staff was amazing it’s cleaner than most,

If I could give a zero star rating I would! We allowed my grandmother to return there after they almost killed her the first time She returned from the hospital last Friday only to be sent out That following Monday and is now on a ventilator! Not expected to make it ! This place has incompetent nurses with zero empathy for their patients ! We will be seeking legal advise ! Everything That’s is wrong with my Grand mother now was preventable !

My brother was in a car accident . He was in this place for a short term stay to receive therapy . He was really down bad on arrival . Tamara is the best addition to the management team She personally showered and bathed him . She treated my brother’s wounds ! Made sure his appointments were kept and even attended an appointment with him when no one else was available !!! I am sure she has a super busy work load , but it didn’t stop her from making my brother feel like he was the only patient there . She is not only an awesome nurse but a great Example of what leadership should be . He says he could not have recovered as fast if it wasn’t for her holding her staff to a higher standard . Our family is thankful and appreciative of the Management team , nurses , CNA’s and all the staff for the great care they provided .
