The Orchard At Stone Creek

The Orchard at Stone Creek is an assisted living community located in Hahira, Georgia, minutes north of Valdosta. The community consists of six private homes situated on a 72-acre working pecan orchard, each home containing 16 private suites with full bathrooms.

Medical care is provided by nursing staff on site 24/7, with a licensed physician on call around the clock and present on site most weekdays. The Director of Resident Care Quality, who is a physician, oversees safety monitoring, staff training, and daily quality rounds across all homes. Residents retain their own personal physicians while the community's physician directs the quality of care provided.

Each private suite includes a large private bath and accommodates residents' personal furniture, décor, and photographs. The community features over 1.4 miles of walking paths through the pecan orchard. Meals are chef-prepared and included in the all-inclusive monthly rate, along with daily care, medication support, housekeeping, laundry, and activities. The community is designed as six distinct homes rather than one large building with corridors, creating a residential environment with 15 neighbors per home.
