The Elms Memory Care is specifically designed for residents in all stages of Alzheimer's disease or dementia, featuring secured entry and exits, ample indoor and outdoor walking spaces, and specially trained staff.

Care is provided by a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medication aides, certified nursing assistants, and personal care aides available 24 hours a day to assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, and transportation. The community holds an assisted living community license that allows care services to expand as residents' needs increase, enabling many residents to age in place. Medication supervision and administration are provided by nursing staff, and the community coordinates with physical therapists and home health agencies for specialized services.
