The staff there are very rude. I did something simple as dropping off a door dash to one sweet older lady and the staff member came to the door with an attitude and then rushed me by telling me to “hurry up” “I have other things to do” as I tried to walk out the door she yelled at me and said “I told you to wait for me, don’t touch the door”. If they treat delivery people like this. I can imagine how they treat the beautiful older people there. Check on your family members and ask how are they being treated please.

I cannot say enough nice things about KAREN and her staff. From the moment that we toured the facility through the entire intake process, including the move-in, everything went very smooth.<br>The information was presented in a clear and concise format that was easy to understand. I highly recommend that you consider the opal as a front runner for your assisted living needs.<br>5-Stars And well deserved.

The community has such a home like atmosphere. The staff and the director are always cheerful and willing to help. Would recommend this community to anybody. My mother lives here.
