Researched and eventually decided on independent living in Amavida for a family member relocating here from NC. The entire process from meeting with Thomas and touring, to signing the contract and finalizing all arrangements with Alexandra and Jennifer has been seamless. Everyone with whom we have come in contact - from residents to staff - have been lovely. The facility is clean and beautiful and laid out well. The food service is exceptional and Kari has been so welcoming. There are tons of activities for every interest available daily and many trips outside of the complex. The two bedroom unit we chose is very nicely sized and it looked brand new when we received keys. Tim has been so responsive regarding a couple of glitches we came across. All things considered, this is a fabulous place at a reasonable price and my cousin is extremely happy. Highly recommend!

From our very first visit, the entire team made the transition feel seamless and welcoming. Jenn took the time to brief us on everything Amavida has to offer, keeping a warm smile on her face while providing valuable resources to help guide our next steps. My grandfather is excited to move into such a wonderful community.<br><br>Alexandra was equally amazing throughout our tour—she was exceptionally patient and kind as she answered all of our questions, walked us through the floor plans, and highlighted the impressive amenities. Their combined support gave us total confidence in our decision, and we couldn't be happier with our experience thus far.

Every time we come, everybody’s so pleasant and helpful and my mother-in-law is all smiles, even though she’s unable to talk her countenance is always so good and we know that’s in part from the people here. Ruth is a wonderful director of the whole operation!

Mr. E works in the Maintenance Department at Amavida, but he demonstrates the same values of all the rest of the caregivers here. He can fix anything, and does that with sincere compassion and understanding of the residents he serves!
