The team here is absolutely amazing. I have enjoyed everything about this community. From the views to the food, my goodness the food. Very active community and their memory care is genuine and led with purpose. I encourage you to take a peek for yourself. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

While our home is being repaired, I needed a mobility-friendly place nearby for my 87-year-old mom — and Montevista Independent Living apartments have been absolutely wonderful. It feels like a cruise or permanent vacation! Every day, residents receive an activity sheet and chef’s specials right at their door — such a thoughtful touch.<br><br>What we love:<br>— The food is very good (Mom says it’s better than top downtown hotels).<br>— The staff are warm, welcoming, and remember every resident by name.<br>— The maintenance team goes above and beyond — installing grab bars, assembling furniture, hanging pictures, and even helping with small tasks.<br>— Security is excellent — they responded instantly when Mom accidentally pressed her alarm on her first night.<br>— Housekeeping is top-notch. Her weekly housekeeper is friendly and attentive — she even noticed we use detergent for sensitive skin and keeps Mom’s sheets and towels separate to make sure the right detergent is used.<br>— Activities for every interest: bingo, live music, karaoke, exercise classes, pool, and social hours with themed events and outings to the symphony, restaurants, and museums.<br>— The Director truly listens to residents and makes improvements based on feedback.<br><br>The grounds are pretty, and daily living is easy — trash pickup at the door, housekeeping, meals and utilities included, transportation provided.<br><br>Montevista has given my mom a sense of comfort and belonging in a community she truly loves. It’s everything we hoped for — and more.
