I would never put my family member in this facility. They are very rude and unsympathetic. Would not even let more than one family member or friend visit at a time. It is a way for them to make money and that's it. They have visiting hours from 10am to 5pm. No exceptions! God forbid you die between 6pm and 9am. They would prefer that you stay away and not visit at all truthfully. They listen in on patient conversations and will report erroneous information to family members to benifit their position and keep the patient there for finiancal purposes, which it all comes down to anyway.

My father arrived at The Meadows at the recommendation of the assisted living facility he was in at the time. He was not expected to live past a few years. However, because of the excellent care he got at The Meadows, he flourished under their care for another 4 years! During that time, we visited him every other day. We came to know owners, Ross and Christine, their children, and the caregivers. My father, who could be difficult at times, grew to love them too. As his dementia worsened, there were members of the immediate family he would forget, but he always remembered Ross and Christine. He would often comment on how well he was taken care of, the cleanliness of the home, and the treats that they and their daughter would bring him. He loved his room and looked forward to visits, not only from us, but from the staff who made him feel loved. The atmosphere at The Meadows is one of love, and the patience and kindness of the staff was always apparent. Our experience with this facility and its staff was one we will never forget, and will always treasure the memories that were made. When my father passed away in 2022, there were many tears and condolences. It was like family coming together and the support we had from everyone was just amazing. We highly recommend this wonderful place for a loved one. They will be cared for in such a loving and beautiful way! Thank you, Ross and Christine, for the exceptional care you gave my father. We will always be indebted to you for the grace you showed him, and I know his final years were made easier by the love and support that you gave him. God bless you!

Caregivers are always sharing a bit personal information and they are always replacing people you or your relative can build a relationship with someone the next week they are completely throwing off our daily routine on how my grandma lives it’s just seems like management is tired and doesn’t take the time to hire quality caregivers

I am very grateful for The Meadows of Prescott Valley. I moved my dying husband Sam there while he was on hospice when I determined that I could no longer care for him at home and ensure his well-being. During Sam's month-long residency, owner/managers Ross and Christine and their team of loving caregivers treated Sam beautifully, with the utmost compassion and respect. He was always clean, comfortable and well attended to. I know because I was there twice a day every day during Sam's residency. Meals were often made from scratch, and breakfast was always a short-order affair offering anything the resident wanted or needed. Meals were routinely offered to me, as well! Honestly, I loved being at The Meadows with Sam, getting to know the caregivers, and ultimately feeling like we were all family. When Sam passed away, Ross and Christine couldn't be there due to an important prior commitment. So they sent their sons to the home to comfort me, and made sure the hospice nurse and chaplain, both of whom I'd come to know well, were just a few minutes behind. What's more, a young caregiver who I especially liked came to the home after hearing that Sam had passed away, even though it was her day off. She called later that day, and the next, to see how I was doing. Christine also called to check on me and to apologize for not being able to be there when Sam passed. When I went there the next day to pick up the last of Sam's belongings, flowers were waiting for me from Ross, Christine, their children and the caregivers. No wonder The Meadows comes so highly recommended by Maggie's Hospice and others. Under the worst of circumstances, and at the most awful time of my life, The Meadows was a blessing and more.
