The staff at the Manor cared for my friend Richard for years. He was treated like family by the LNA’s, nurses, and support staff. I just want to say thank you and let you know how much I appreciate the hard work you do serving our community. God bless!

My dear uncle was a resident of The Manor the year before he died, as a Hospice patient. I am sure the staff has changed a lot since 2001 but at that time they were wonderful! I have had friends live at The Manor during COVID; all was strictly and safely regulated. So nice to have a local high quality assisted living facility, right across from the hospital!

My mom was at the Manor for 1 yr and 8 months. She was a very fussy person and very demanding, and yet she loved this place. She liked the food (which for her, was hard to believe) and she liked the staff and often commented that it was very clean - which was very important. It's a fairly small facility which is really nice and right next to Copley Hospital as well as Mansfied Orthopedics. I never had bad a experience in all that time - not one. In 30 years (hopefully) - if this place is still run the same way - and if I need it - that's where I'll go when the time comes.

I cant say enough wonderful things about The Manor. My mom was there for about 1 1/2 months due to her pancreatic cancer worsening. She could not stay at home and we needed someplace where we felt she would be well taken care of for her remaining days. She was treated with respect and dignity. The staff at The Manor could not have been more kind and caring. Because of covid and living out of state we relied on her friends who were allowed to visit and each day they called to tell us the wonderful care mom was receiving. I would check in with the doctor and staff regularly to get updates on her condition and if they werent available to speak to they would get back to me very quickly. If any changes needed to be made they would go over each detail on why on how. If i myself ever needed to go into a nursing home i would 100% choose The Manor.
