Patty and the Silver Leaf team was truly a blessing to our family. My mom was suffering from Alzheimer’s and needed more care than we could give as a family. Patty’s team went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. Mom was difficult at the end and presented the caregivers with many challenges. God used Silver Leaf and the caregivers to allow mom to be at home until her time to depart came. Top group of people.

During our moms time at a local senior living facility she took a fall and it became abundantly clear that she would require more care than the facility was able to provide. After interviewing three companies we made the choice to go with Patty and her team from Silver Leaf in Home Care. It was the best decision that we could have made. All of the caregivers were loving and professional in providing our mom the care that she required. As mom's condition deteriorated Silver Leaf caregivers worked very well with the Visiting Nurses and Hospice folks. We will be forever grateful to Patty and her team for everything that they did for us as a family and we would recommend them to anybody that faces a difficult time with a parent or family member. The owner definitely has her own style of doing things and way of operating her business. I knew that from the get go. She does like things her particular way; however, if it wasn't for her, my father would not have visited his family on the west coast, which he so desperately needed, and would not have leveled himself to manage a personal area of his life that was necessary for proper health. I thought I would not need to interact with her much, as the caregiver is there more hours. There was some incongruency when my friend of the family was giving things Joe needed, like a competition that kicked in for her. I do wish she let the client's feel served, to a greater degree. That said, she really cared and that was her intention, to help where she could. She was generous and patient in other areas. That is, she hasn't shifted to auto-billing, or electronic billing, we sent payments old school. My father and her really kicked-it-off, and that's part of what a person enjoys and needs (decreasing isolation). Thank you

My 90 year old mother receives housekeeping and socialization services from Silver Care. They are very reliable and caring, and do a great job. Mom always looks forward to Melissa’s visits!

Recently, I was faced with an elderly health care crisis involving both my parents. It became apparent that Immediate and extensive in-home care was the only answer. What complicated my family crisis even further was the fact that I was working overseas at the time. My need for an in-home care agency resulted in a serious discussion with Patty Bergeron of Silver Leaf as to a plan for addressing my parents needs. Patty listened, asked the right questions, and presented proactive care plans that exuded her reliance on vast personal experience and common sense. Patty and the Silver Leaf staff showed great kindness toward my parents and created a dignified home environment during some very trying times. Kudos to Patty Bergeron and her staff at Silver Leaf. You delivered as promised.
