The Manor at Hillside Retirement Community

Hillside is a Life Plan Community offering independent living in the form of modern apartments and single-story cottage homes in McMinnville, Oregon. As a Life Plan Community, it provides a continuum of care if ever needed, allowing residents to age in place with access to higher levels of support. The community is situated on 57 beautiful acres in the rolling hills of wine country, close to renowned vineyards and historic downtown McMinnville.

The campus features wide-open green space, walking paths, gardens, and a meadow. Residents enjoy scenic views and easy access to local wineries, quaint shops, and eateries in McMinnville. The community is designed to inspire a best life through health and wellness focus and security in planning for the future.

Hillside offers numerous programs and activities centered on resident interests and talents. The community hosts annual performances including holiday and spring concerts, wine and food pairing events, and regular social gatherings. On-campus amenities include a woodworking shop, quilting studio, and music programs. Residents participate in committees such as the Music Committee, Woodshop Committee, Hospitality Committee, and Beautification Team, fostering both creative expression and community service.

A Residents Association provides representation and serves as a liaison between residents and management.
