As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I appreciate the work McMinnville Memory Care does. Working with people who have dementia/Alzheimer's can be tough. The fact they offer support to people who need Hoyer lift assist/two person transfers & several different payment sources is amazing!

My mother was a resident at McMinnville Memory Care for over 4 years. In that time, the loving and personal care she received from every staff member was unmatched. I cannot thank the people who work there enough for everything they did for us.

Absolutely horrible, every time we go in to see my mother in law there is no staff to be found, residents getting hit, left in wet saturated close from not being changed and nothing ever done about it. Guess it’s time to start called and making reports to state till they finally really step in and do something about it. It’s absolutely horrible and no excuse for it.

I am very disappointed in how the management treated me after my wife died in their facility. They charged me for 14 days of care and rent after she passed. They also ordered 3 months of insulin, then changed how they administered the insulin, then ordered 3 more months of the new insulin and did not return the first order to the pharmacy for a refund. When ask about it, they told me tough luck.<br>Do not expect them to give your loved one the best of care. When my wife contracted covid, they called in hospice and did not make any attempt to get my wife to eat. She basically starved to death. Then they had the gall to send me a bill for one day of rent, 8 months after my wife passed.
