Update: LIMS originally helped us in 2022 when my mother was ill and dying. They are now, in 2024, caring for my dad who has stage 5 kidney failure and once again have sent the perfect angels to help us. Fred and Nathan are my dad's primary caregivers and they are truly wonderful. At every step of the way, director Samantha Green and assistant director Edna have been super responsive, extremely competent, and unfailingly kind. I would never have anyone else care for my loved ones. Original post: I don't even know where to begin -- excellent kind competent help for my mother right from helping us get her home from the hospital. Our contact person (possibly the owner?) Samantha was enormously comforting when we needed 24/7 care for out ailing mother. She sent us MaBelle who was incredible. She was so gentle and loving with our mom that we knew she was completely safe in MaBelle's hands. MaBelle was also very calm, professional, knowledgeable and competent. She kept our mother clean and comfortable, handled her meds perfectly, and created a lovely rhythm to the days. She knew when to call the on-call nurse, when pain meds were appropriate, etc. She handled everything! The day our mother passed, she was there and she stayed with us until the funeral home came. She was a true blessing --as was the whole LIMS team. Highly recommend them for any kind of care your loved one might need.
