My tour with Jordan and Jayden was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and took the time to answer every question with care and compassion. Their knowledge of memory care and the genuine concern they showed for the residents was evident throughout the entire tour. They were professional, personable and passionate about what they do. They made the experience informative and reassuring as this can be a stressful process for family. I would highly recommend anyone looking for memory care to schedule a tour with them.

If I could give this place negative 10 stars I absolutely would. My dad was here for about a year. And there was neglect throughout his time there. There were multiple times where they had no TV service. From not paying the bill perhaps? Weeks at a time. They did not have a maintenance man the near entire time my dad was there (told to me by the newest managers themselves), massive staff problems and shortages. Fecal matter on the floor in multiple areas more than once when I went, including my dad's room. Ants running all over his floor multiple times. I have pictures and video of this. This place was an absolute mess.

My grandmother was moved here by other family members (Not by me, I would have never met her to this place). And not long after she moved in, my dad had a very serious fall here hitting his head and splitting it open that required hospitalization (Due to lack of nurse supervision there). Within two months of his fall, my grandmother took a fall there and ultimately passed away from her fall.

My dad was nearly always wet with urine when I went, regardless of the time of day. He was nearly always in bed. They rarely did activities. His bed which I bought new when he moved there, was so saturated with urine in less than a year it was taken to the dump. The bed was protected by me with plastic covers. Which was promptly removed by staff (against my wishes) and the bed pads I provided all the time were clearly not used to protect the bed.

After my grandma fell and passed away, I had had enough. I came with a moving company and promptly moved my dad. Best decision I ever made. The new place is WORLDS better than this place. This facility owes us a refund for 20 unused days and had the nerve to say they weren't giving us a refund for those unused days, because we didn't provide 30 days notice to move. These greedy fools think when you have one family member die, another almost die and severe neglect that they admit that you are going to provide them 30 days notice? Their DEPLORABLE ATTITUDES very clearly show the only thing they care about is money. And even after admitting everything I said was true, they refused to refund us the $2k they owe us. I have an attorney who is working the paperwork to sue them now just for the refund, but for additional damages. This place is about as bad as leaving your family on the streets. I lost my grandma to their negligence. And nearly my father as well. TRUST THE CRITICAL REVIEWS and stay FAR away from this place!!! They should have been shut down.
