The Lexington was very helpful getting my brother in a safe place for him . He made alot of friends while there . All of the staff is what made it his home . I'm very thankful to all that helped him . Great place for seniors !

When I was told my mom couldn’t live alone anymore and moving her in wasn’t an option, we needed a soft place to land. I’m so glad we found The Lexington. What I wanted for my mom was to be safe, her needs met, and cared for. This was met in every way. Visiting my mom at least 2 times a week allowed me to get to know several of the staff and residents. Each staff member I met and got to know were very kind and open to any conversations concerning my mom’s care. Communication with staff was welcome.<br><br>The Lexington also helped my mom’s integration into her new family easier by inviting her to attend the varies people and activities they thought she might enjoy. There are many activities offered with enough variety to encourage participation. My mom’s favorite activities were the exercise class, Bible devotional time, walks in the beautiful courtyard, and the live music that was offered weekly, I think. I enjoyed the homey, family atmosphere so much that I offered to volunteer to help with arts and crafts twice a month. Now that my mom has transitioned into memory care, I still volunteer because I love the people I interact with so much! Thanks, Lexington staff, for being a second family for my mom!
